Lee Ellen Bagley, Esq.

Biography

Lee Ellen Bagley has practiced law in South Carolina since being admitted in May of 2008 before which time she briefly practiced in Alabama after graduating from Cumberland School of Law. Lee Ellen represents companies and individuals across the state in a variety of civil litigation matters. She handles claims alleging negligence, false imprisonment, defamation, product liability, pharmacy malpractice, and other torts. She has successfully defended her clients in a wide array of cases in both South Carolina state courts as well as the United States Federal District Court.

Lee Ellen serves as Secretary of Richland County Court Appointed Special Advocates (“CASA”) Foundation, Inc., the governing board of Richland County CASA, which advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children in Richland County Family Court. She is a graduate of the South Carolina Bar Association’s 2014 Leadership Academy and an active member of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association. Lee Ellen is licensed to practice law in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Alabama.
