About Lee Ellen
Lee Ellen represents clients across South Carolina and North Carolina in a variety of civil litigation matters. She handles claims alleging negligence, wrongful death, product liability, bad faith, false imprisonment, defamation, pharmacy malpractice, and other torts, as well as provides insurance coverage analysis. Lee Ellen has successfully defended her clients in a wide array of cases in both state and federal courts. She prides herself on providing experience-based critical analysis and recommendations to enable her clients to achieve their desired resolution. Her clients include both fortune 500 companies as well as individuals, all receiving the same attention and quality work product.
Lee Ellen sits on the Board of Directors for Richland County Court Appointed Special Advocates (“CASA”) Foundation, Inc., the governing board of Richland County CASA, which advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children in Richland County. She is a graduate of the South Carolina Bar Association’s 2014 Leadership Academy and an active member of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association.
